Who looks after your information
RMI RESULTS COACHING LTD is responsible for how your personal information is used (the data controller). I’m Ross Miscandlon, and I handle enquiries on the company’s behalf.
Email hello@rossmiscandlon.com about your information or this notice.
Registered in England and Wales, company number 12185929. Registered office: C/O SG Accounting, 1 Cedar Office Park, Cobham Road, Wimborne, United Kingdom, BH21 7SB.
What I collect
When you enquire, I receive your name, email address, the type of support you select and your message. I also keep relevant correspondence as we discuss your enquiry. You choose what to share. Please avoid sending health information or other sensitive personal details through the form.
Providing information is voluntary, but I need enough detail and a way to contact you to respond. The hosting and form providers may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request times, to deliver and secure their services.
Why I use it
I use your information to respond, understand what you are looking for and discuss suitable support. When you ask about a service for yourself, processing necessary to take steps at your request before a contract is our lawful basis.
For general enquiries and contact on behalf of an organisation, I rely on legitimate interests in responding to people who contact the business and managing those discussions. Keeping limited correspondence helps maintain context if a discussion resumes. I consider your privacy and reasonable expectations when doing this.
Information may also be used where necessary to meet a legal obligation or, under legitimate interests, establish or defend legal claims. Making an enquiry does not add you to a marketing mailing list. I do not use your enquiry to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Who helps handle it
- Formspree: receives and processes form submissions and sends the enquiry notification.
- Apple iCloud Mail: handles and stores enquiry emails and replies.
- OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare: deliver and protect this website and process associated technical requests.
I may disclose relevant information where legally required, or to professional advisers where necessary for a legal matter. I do not sell your enquiry details.
Processing outside the UK
These services operate internationally, so information is not guaranteed to remain in the UK. Formspree states that it processes information in the United States and other countries where it operates, and uses Standard Contractual Clauses as a processor. Apple describes international processing, including US storage, and contractual safeguards for UK information. OpenAI Sites does not offer data residency.
You can read the providers’ information at Formspree privacy, Formspree security, Apple privacy, OpenAI privacy and Cloudflare privacy. Contact me for information about the safeguards applicable to your enquiry.
How long I keep enquiries
If your enquiry does not lead to client work, I keep the correspondence for up to 12 months after our last contact, deleting it sooner when it is no longer needed. This applies to the enquiry copies held in Formspree and email.
If we work together, I will explain the arrangements for client records separately. Where information must be retained for a legal obligation or a specific legal claim, only the relevant information will be kept for as long as that purpose requires.
Cookies and website technology
The website code does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, cookies or browser storage. The enquiry form sends information to Formspree when you submit it. If JavaScript is unavailable, submission takes you to Formspree’s own response page.
The current private preview requires sign-in through the hosting platform. Hosting, sign-in and security services may use their own cookies or similar technologies. The providers’ privacy information explains their practices. This is not a claim that the entire hosted service is cookie-free.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your information, have it deleted, restrict its use, or receive a portable copy. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. If we rely on consent for any separate activity, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Contact hello@rossmiscandlon.com to make a request or raise a concern. I may need to verify your identity. These rights have legal limits, and I will explain if a request cannot be fulfilled.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, by calling 0303 123 1113, or writing to the ICO, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
Changes to this notice
I will update this notice if the website or the way enquiries are handled changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
